Beyond the Inner Harbor, Baltimore has many distinctive neighborhoods for you to discover during your visit.
Within walking distance from the hotel, you can explore Fells Point, a fun, artsy neighborhood and home of the city’s oldest bar, The Horse You Came In On Saloon, rumored to be Edgar Allan Poe’s last stop before his mysterious death.
Also close by the Inner Harbor is Historic Federal Hill, known for its brick rowhomes and local shops and restaurants, as well as Little Italy, a favorite neighborhood for those who are looking for traditional Italian cuisine.

BWI is served by Amtrak Rail, Light Rail, Uber, Lyft and BWI taxi (outbound only).

Rideshare companies (Uber and Lyft) currently pick up customers on the upper departure level at doors 9, 10 and 11. Pick up location is clearly detailed when a driver is hailed from a smartphone app. Additionally, rideshare apps are widely used in Baltimore and wait times are usually only minutes depending on the time of day.

Amtrack’s BWI Airport Rail Station is served with bus service to and from the airport terminal and takes approximately 8-12 minutes to complete the trip.

Lightrail arrives and leaves from the International Terminal (E) on the lower level. Lightrail service to/ from BWI Airport to Baltimore Camden Yards takes approximately 20 minutes and costs $1.90 and can be purchased at the Lightrail ticket vending kiosk at the airport and at the Camden Yards Lightrail station in Baltimore.

BWI Taxi leaves from the lower baggage claim level outside of doors 5 and 13 and provides outbound service only. Once in Baltimore you can hail a taxi from the hotel to any location.

Rental Cars - The Consolidated Rental Car Facility is conveniently accessed by Shuttle Bus which picks up on the curb located directly outside the doors on the lower baggage level every 8-10 minutes and takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the facility.
