How do I evaluate the speakers?
The speaker evaluations are linked on our website and in the Resources section underneath the session video on the virtual platform.
CME Sign-In and Certificate Policy
How do I claim my CME?
In order to obtain credit for a meeting, physicians must complete the CME form found here, then:
- Select the appropriate meeting from the drop down menu.
- Log in with your full name and AOA# (do not use a leading zero).
- Click "Save All" to download a copy of your certificate(s).
The form must be completed and submitted by December 23, 2022. Please submit your hours only once, when you are done viewing all the content you wish to view. A CME tracker is available to help you calculate the hours earned. The link for the tracker will be added to our website once the schedule is finalized. Each physician should claim only those credits actually spent in the education activities. Once you submit your hours you will be able to download your certificate(s) immediately.
Will ACOI report my CME to the AOA and CE Broker?
As a member service, the ACOI will report CME credits reported at the above link to the AOA. You are responsible for reporting credits to CE Broker.
Virtual Meeting Questions
How long will I have access to the view the on-demand content?
The link will stay active until December 15th, 2022 for you to watch or review the content at any time.
Do I have to watch all of the sessions live in order to get 1A credits?
We highly encourage you to engage in the live meeting if you are able to, as our platform will provide you with opportunities to connect with your colleagues. However, our platform allows you to do things your way - if you are unable to watch live, the AOA has made a special exception due to the ongoing pandemic.
Help, my video is lagging or not loading at all!
Please make sure you have a stable high speed internet connection and that you are not trying to access the site through a VPN. You can click the orange question mark at the bottom of the page for video tutorials and troubleshooting in case there is an issue with your browser set up.
How do I access the virtual meeting?
The meeting sessions are accessed via ACOI's Online Learning Center.
Please Log In to your learning account now to confirm you know your Online Learning Center account credentials and to preview the meeting agenda and content. We recommend auto-saving your log in credentials once access is achieved.
If you do not know your account password, click Forgot Password on the Online Learning Center log in page to initiate your Password Reset.

You will receive a separate email directly from the meeting platform vendor with additional instructions, so be sure to check your spam email as well.
Do I need any equipment to attend the virtual meeting (i.e. web cam)?
PC/Mac, iPad/Tablets, and Smartphones will all work with the platform. You do not need a web cam or any other equipment.
